BLAINE: Rescue crews are on scene after a multi-vehicle crash and vehicle fire on westbound Hwy. 10, just west of Hwy. 65. Troopers on scene requested three medical rigs and the extent of injury is not yet available. Expect major delays westbound while crews respond and the fire is extinguished.
