Normative Hop Test Data

The crossover triple hop test is typically used as a return to sport test following a lower limb injury such as an ACL rupture. The goal is to compare the injured limb to the uninjured limb to assess symmetry. We also, utilise this test with our athletes as a lower limb power test.
