I started this journey 39 years ago. And, while building the hospital has been very slow, I've been able to do so much in the meantime. I needed to care, and so we've brought clowns into hospitals, orphanages, homeless shelters, jails, war zones, and refugee camps. I'm still hoping we will finish the hospital, but in the meantime, there is so much fun to be had.
