icare’s Lifetime Care and Support Scheme pays for treatment, rehabilitation and care for people who have been severely injured on NSW roads. It is a no-fault scheme set up to support anybody involved in a motor accident. Peter Kuo, his wife Judy and daughter Liz joined the icare team for an Empathy Day event earlier this year.
