Cadillac Ranch, built in 1974 outside Amarillo, is a row of ten Cadillacs buried nose-first in the dirt, tailfins sticking up like monuments to American car culture. Created by the art collective Ant Farm with backing from Stanley Marsh 3, it became a Texas roadside icon where visitors spray-paint their mark on the cars, turning it into a living, ever-changing piece of outlaw Americana.
