Jun 7, 2022 · After spending an hour on hold waiting to talk to someone I find out I have to call the fcking CPP line (another 40+ minute wait!!!!!) to request the PAC over the phone to get immediate access to the my service canada account (I'm not waiting 10 more business days for this) so I can get my statements so I can get my top up. Its ridiculous!!!!!

I just want to login to my service Canada account via my bank, which I do pretty well every week to confirm my EI stuff looks fine. Today it’s not even giving me the option to sign in, every time I click the Sign in with partners tab I get redirected to a page with this message:

Apr 22, 2022 · Hello, trying to help my dad with CPP application process. He says he can't apply through My Service Canada Account for CPP retirement pension. After logging into My Service Canada Account and clicking Apply for CPP Retirement Pension, the message says something along the lines of our records show you cannot use this service.

Aug 25, 2020 · If you're locked out...you're locked out. I tried what you suggested (sign-in partner), but you only get so far, & then you're again told you're account is locked. I've only been locked out since yesterday (Oct. 10). Last time I logged into the account was about 2 months ago, so it hasn't been a long time where things would expire.

Jul 25, 2021 · Still having problems logging into My Service Canada Account I am using Mojave 10.14.6 and Safari 14.1.2, (fully updated with security patches ) and I access the My Service Account from Canada.ca I use my GCKey and it accepts my login ID and Password.

Mar 28, 2020 · Go to My Service Canada account and sign up as new user, either with GC, Bank or Province. They will mail you an access code (separate from the 4 digit EI access code) in 4-10 business days. Make sure your mailing address is correct, that account needs to be activated before you can do anything else.

Mar 30, 2020 · So basically you cant see it through my cra as there is no account to link to if that makes sense. So when you get your code you can go to my service Canada make an account with the access code and then access your file until then it seems pretty much impossible.

Oct 7, 2020 · Using the CRA transfer service does not mean you don’t have to create a SC account. It was the same thing for CRA. I used the bank login for a couple years. I tried to create a username and password and I had to create “A whole new” CRA account. All my old info was still there once I was done, but I did have to “create a new account”.
