The Pittsburgh Steelers are predicted to finally find their quarterback of the future by using a first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft on a promising signal-caller from an SEC school.

Will Howard, the Pittsburgh Steelers' sixth-round draft pick is being considered one of a NFL Draft sleeper. Despite having been seemingly on the verge of signing future Hall of Fame quarterback Aaron Rodgers the entire offseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers used their sixth-round pick in the NFL Draft to select Ohio State QB Will Howard.

Will Howard, the quarterback out of Ohio State, was the pick for the Steelers. He is fresh off of leading the Buckeyes to a national championship win last year, and his draft stock took a huge rise from where it had been at the start of the 2024 college football season.
