Wednesday Addams (Jenna Ortega) returns to Nevermore Academy a campus celebrity, and she’s not exactly jumping for joy. She also has to deal with her brother Pugsley (Isaac Ordonez) joining her at school and her mother Morticia (Catherine Zeta-Jones) breathing down her neck while organizing a Nevermore gala.

When we catch up with Wednesday after a two-year break, the gloomy teenager is returning to Nevermore as summer has come to an end. But while her peers were all partying and having fun, Wednesday spent her summer break pursuing a serial killer, very on brand for her.
