Campbell is just one of several buyers who told CTV News Toronto they were able to seize a long-awaited opening in the housing market this summer.

Saturday marks the tenth day in the investigation at a former homeless encampment just outside of Barrie’s downtown core, and the city released a statement after inheriting the area back from police.
