During a red-zone drill, starting quarterback Geno Smith found rookie wideout Dont'e Thornton Jr. for a touchdown. Thornton Jr. has been among the biggest surprise performers at training camp. Considered a raw route runner coming out of Tennessee, Raiders digital reporter Levi Edwards noted that his route tree has been expanding.

The Las Vegas Raiders have been mostly unscathed for much of the offseason. Christian Wilkins was the only major injury red flag, but he was recently let go. The Raiders decided to hold a mock game at Allegiant Stadium to give fans a closer look at the new team.
