Deputies and Homeland Security Investigations agents arrested the 34-year-old pilot, identified Monday by the Contra Costa Sheriff’s Office as Rustom Bhagwagar, of Florida, on five counts of oral copulation with a child under 10 years of age. The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office says the department has been investigating the pilot since April.

A witness said authorities “stormed the cockpit, cuffed the co-pilot, arrested him, walked him down the aisle, and ushered him off the plane.”

A Delta Air Lines pilot was taken into custody by federal agents shortly after landing at the San Francisco International Airport on Saturday, reportedly leaving both passengers and the plane’s lead pilot stunned.
