RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - The Wyoming Highway Patrol says there were two deadly crashes late last week involving out-of-state bikers. Two people were killed and another person hospitalized.

The governor so far kicked off the 24th Sturgis Mayor’s Ride and visited with gun vendors who were set up in Sturgis.
