Chicago’s Week 3 preseason matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs wasn’t your typical August runaround. Patrick Mahomes played three drives. The Bears’ starters stayed on the field for four. This wasn’t a cameo. It was a real dress rehearsal and it gave us the clearest look yet at how Ben Johnson plans to run this offense.

4. Zach Ertz (ADP 155): Ertz was a reliable target for the Commanders last fall, finishing as TE7 in point-per-reception formats. He figures to remain one of Jayden Daniels' favorite targets in 2025 and after scoring seven touchdowns in 2024, Ertz could be a steal again this season.

Week 3 of the NFL preseason slate is technically the final practice run ahead of the actual campaign. In reality, though, it's less of a dress rehearsal and more of an opportunity for the understudies to take center stage.
