Disrupted sleep, early darkness — some of the reasons Jackson neighbors tell me they're in favor of abolishing Daylight Saving Time. Didn't hear much support for the seasonal clock changes.

March is the month in which we pick up the most daylight from day to day. The greatest increases in the length of our days happen right around the Spring Equinox which is on March 20. From the first of the month to the 31st, West Michigan sees just shy of 1.5 hours of additional daylight.
