A national retail chain is refusing to accept gift cards as it prepares to close all of its 800 remaining stores in the U.S.

Joann's is no longer accepting gift cards after announcing all 800 of its locations will close last month and some customers are outraged.

Shoppers with Joann gift cards are discovering that they can no longer use their cards — and they're not happy about it.
