Milwaukee County Circuit Judge Hannah C. Dugan was arrested for allegedly obstructing a proceeding and concealing an undocumented migrant to prevent his arrest in her courtroom.

Dugan was arrested Friday by the FBI for allegedly obstructing federal authorities who were seeking to detain an undocumented immigrant.
