Hilton Bunce was driving a minivan west near the Baird Boulevard overpass around 9:30 a.m. when he rear-ended a truck stopped in the right lane, authorities said. Emergency workers removed the Camden resident from the minivan and brought him to a nearby hospital, where Bunce died of his injuries.

He was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary where he died on Monday 25 March. The 19-year-old driver of the Golf has been arrested and charged in connection with road traffic offences. He is due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court at a later date.

Police on Long Island say two people have died and two others were seriously hurt in the crash.
