Kilmar Abrego Garcia was taken into custody Monday by immigration authorities and the Department of Homeland Security said he is being processed for deportation to Uganda.

Lawyers on Tuesday are expected to create a timeline for proceedings in the latest deportation efforts against Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Maryland man who was mistakenly deported to El Salvador earlier this year.

Kilmar Abrego García was detained at a check-in at ICE’s Baltimore office, his attorney said. The Trump administration is trying to deport him to Uganda.
