The Bears need to show their offense on the field before I can accurately value most of their assets, especially the pass-catchers.
Penn State's Tyler Warren was one of the finest tight ends in college football last year. Now, he finds himself with the Indianapolis Colts after being drafted by the organization with their 14th overall pick in the 2025 NFL Draft.
The tight end position has once again become a hot-button topic in fantasy football, after the rookie year breakout from Bowers in 2024. All Bowers did was lead all TEs in receiving yards, receptions, and targets last year, while averaging over 70 receiving yards per game and outpacing some elite wide receivers.

I’ve been covering fantasy football for years, and rarely do I see a rookie tight end positioned for immediate stardom quite like this Indianapolis Colts first-rounder.
Update: Brian Robinson was traded to the San Francisco 49ers Friday, so that leaves a running back room of everyone’s summer fantasy darling, Jacory Croskey-Merritt, Chris Rodriguez (one of my favorite sleepers all summer), maybe Jeremy McNichols (I expect he’ll be cut) and the forgotten Austin Ekeler.
Indianapolis Colts tight end Tyler Warren is already a popular 20225 breakout candidate as a rookie, who seems likely to follow in Raiders second-year tight end Brock Bowers’ footsteps. As the hype continues to build around the first-round pick, Warren has gained the belief of a former great at his position, Rob Gronkowski.
The same is true for Warren, the absurdly talented rookie tight end out of Penn State. More throws to Warren will be a good thing for the Colts and for fantasy players. He's definitely a starter-worthy TE, and with Jones at the helm, Warren has upside.
