President Donald Trump said he would not offer any extensions to a new August 1 deadline for nations to begin paying so-called reciprocal tariffs.

Businesses hoping for clarity on where President Trump’s tariffs land will likely have to wait a bit longer.The administration on Monday pushed back some of its most punishing duties by another three weeks to August,

The letters listed a range of tariffs. Goods entering the U.S. from Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Kazakhstan, and Tunisia will be subject to a 25 percent levy. There will be a 30 percent levy on South African and Bosnian goods, while imports from Indonesia will be subject to a 32 percent rate.
