The Smithsonian’s National Museum of American History said it will update an exhibit on presidential impeachment after references to former President Donald Trump’s two impeachments were removed.

The Smithsonian Institution will restore information about President Donald Trump’s two impeachments from an exhibit after removing it in July for a “content review” following pressure from the White House to remove National Portrait Gallery director Kim Sajet.

The museum says an “updated” display covering all US impeachments will be installed soon – amid growing criticism it’s erasing history to appease Donald Trump.View on euronews
