In an announcement today, SAG-AFTRA said it is pledging $1 million to its SAG-AFTRA Foundation to support Los Angeles wildfire relief for its members.

SAG-AFTRA pledged $1 million for fire relief amidst the flames engulfing the state since Tuesday. The union has also closed its office and postponed the nomination since the destruction.

Along with donating $1 million to the SAG-AFTRA Foundation to aid members, SAG-AFTRA posted a rundown of wildfire emergency resources.

The performers' union earmarked the funds for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation, a nonprofit that offers emergency financial aid and education to members.
