Shares of Mankind Pharma were listed in May 2023, when the company raised a total of Rs 4.326.36 crore via its IPO. It sold its shares for Rs 1,080 apiece.

Indian pharmaceutical company Mankind Pharma posted a more than 65% rise in its fourth-quarter profit on Wednesday, helped by strong domestic demand in its chronic drugs segment.

Indian drugmaker Mankind Pharma said late on Thursday it would acquire Bharat Serums and Vaccines Ltd in a deal valued at around 136.30 billion rupees ($1.63 billion), including debt.
