The wealth of the world’s super-rich is growing ever faster. Oxfam published a study on Monday revealing there were 2769 billionaires worldwide in 2024 – an increase of 204 compared to the previous year.

Imagine earning $3.5 million ($US2 million) a day - that was the average daily income for the world's billionaires last year.
