SALINA, Kan. – The Kansas Bureau of Investigation (KBI) has arrested Manuel Johnson-Ponce, 29, of Salina, related to his role in a Feb. 4 standoff and officer-involved shooting in Salina.

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation confirms that a man has been shot, and the shooting involved law enforcement officers.

State police said the man was last seen leaving the scene in in a white single-cab pickup truck with a back rack.
