The strike damaged the Holy Family Church, the only Catholic Church in Gaza. The Israeli Defense Forces said it was looking into the matter.

The Church of the Holy Family in Gaza was hit the Israeli military on Thursday, an action Israel allegedly called “a shooting error.”
