"Flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures. A Flood Watch remains in effect until 10 p.m. Saturday for portions of central and northern California," states the NWS San Francisco CA. The warning is in effect until 9:15 a.m.
