Two 18-year-old women have been charged by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office with allegedly assaulting and robbing a man in Walnut Creek, prosecutors said.

Two 18-year-old women have been charged after allegedly beating and robbing a man in a Walnut Creek parking lot, authorities said.

Walnut Creek Police on Friday said four teens are suspected of attacking and robbing an elderly man on Thursday near Rossmoor. According to police, the attack happened Thursday around 11 p.m. on the 1900 block of Tice Valley Boulevard.
