Barely one month has passed since President Trump blindsided global investors with his aggressive tariff plans. Yet U.S. stocks have already staged a remarkable recovery.

Wall Street surged early Thursday with a string of major U.S. companies posting strong quarterly earnings in an economic environment that has grown increasingly uncertain as the U.S. upends long-standing trade policies.

Analyst Fadi Chamoun at BMO Capital recently lowered his price target for UPS ( UPS 2.66%) stock to $125 from $130 but maintained an outperform rating on the stock. Even though the analyst lowered the price target, it still represents a 29% premium to the current price, and an outperform is de facto a buy recommendation.
