Raiders minority owner Tom Brady is involved in his team’s search for a coach. Fox broadcaster Tom Brady will be working postseason games involving one or more of the candidates to be hired to be his team’s next coach. The situation raises Brady’s conflict of interest to a higher level.

The Raiders made the decision Thursday afternoon to fire general manager Tom Telesco after just one season with the team. His firing came two days after the organization moved on from head coach Antonio Pierce as well. Rumors and speculation have run rampant since those decisions were made but Brady's fingerprints appear all over the recent moves.
