Shohei Ohtani being the breaking point.  Ohtani was plunked in the bottom of the third inning by Padres pitcher Randy Vasquez, which sent manager Dave Roberts into an irate tirade toward the umpires.

Dodgers manager Dave Roberts was blunt when asked if he thought a Padres pitcher intentionally hit Shohei Ohtani on Monday night.

On Monday, Dodgers center fielder Andy Pages took exception to being hit by a pitch. Los Angeles retaliated on Tuesday by plunking Fernando Tatis Jr. in the top of the third inning. In the bottom half of the inning, Shohei Ohtani caught one in the upper leg.
