Detroit Lions cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr. suffered a brutal injury at practice that will force him to miss the entire 2025 season. Sadly, Rakestraw is getting trolled by people in the week of the injury.

The Detroit Lions defense was asked to overcome an incredible amount of injuries during the 2024 season, and unfortunately, adversity has struck early in 2025.  On Thursday, the team announced it placed former second-round pick cornerback Ennis Rakestraw Jr.

The Detroit Lions have placed cornerback Ennis Rakestraw on injured reserve with a season-ending shoulder injury and signed tight end Steven Stilianos.
