With Mike McCarthy out, the Cowboys are looking for a new head coach to lead the most valuable sports franchise in the world.

He was a backup quarterback with the Cowboys for three seasons from 2015 to 2017 before joining former Dallas coach Jason Garrett’s staff as the quarterbacks coach in 2018. The following year he became Garrett’s offensive coordinator and was in charge of the NFL’s top-ranked offense.
