The Tesla Model 3, S, X, and Y are being recalled to replace their car computers because their backup cameras may not work, even after a software update.

Tesla, led by Elon Musk, has announced a voluntary recall of over 239,000 of its electric cars for safety reasons. The recall involves Model 3 vehicles manufactured in 2024 and 2025, as well as Models S,

Aston Martin has issued a recall notice for some 1,452 of its sports cars and SUVs from the 2024 and 2025 model years, owing to a backup camera image that can become obstructed while the vehicle is in reverse. The recall impacts units from the Vantage, DB12, and DBX 707 product lines.

Tesla estimates that just 2% of the recalled vehicles actually have this defect. The automaker has identified 887 warranty claims and 68 field reports related to this issue, but it told the NHTSA that it's unaware of any related collisions, injuries, or fatalities.
