Each summer Shenandoah Valley Music Festival delivers the ultimate concert experience to audiences over four concert weekends, featuring nationally recognized, award-winning artists in country, bluegrass, pop/rock, folk, Americana and classical music. Past performers have included Emmylou Harris, Arlo Guthrie, Bruce Hornsby, Kenny G, Home Free, LeAnn Rimes, the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, The Temptations, Kris Kristofferson and more. Our concert venue is Shrine Mont, a beautiful historic retreat and conference center in Orkney Springs, Va. The venue's location at the foot of Great North Mountain provides a stunning backdrop for our concerts, and its modest size allows for great views of the stage from both the pavilion and lawn seating areas.
